Your first 14 days are free. No credit card needed. Use the free trial to see how much you're actually running through ClerkMinutes that'll tell you which plan fits.
Rough guide: if you're a small town or village with only a handful of meetings a month, the Starter Plan is built for you. If you're a larger city or you've got multiple boards or departments publishing minutes, the Growth Plan gives you more room. If you need more than that, Custom is built around your specific setup.
Once you know which one, here's how to lock it in:
Go to Plan & Billing in your account settings
Click the ClerkMinutes button (it's locked until you choose)
Pick your plan and enter payment details
